We rebranded Sargas, a large recruitment agency, to Maandag (Monday). A provocative name for a modern-day labour brand because Monday is the most hated day of the week by most people. That gave us a new mission: Let’s make Monday the most powerful and likeable day of the week.
We created a new brand, a new mission, and a new outlook. Our work on Maandag has won awards for effectiveness (Golden Effie) as well as for creativity and innovation (ADCN).
