Fixing the labour shortage isn’t just about finding people. It’s about finding the right ones. That’s where UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) comes in. But to let the people know they do so much more than just benefits, they wanted to share some of their success stories, with a human touch. What started off with Gerard and his new hospital job, quickly cascaded into a whole trilogy of videos, a talk show with labour market bigwigs, and a campaign. The red thread? All of it shows how UWV “works for us all”.
